More than 85% of Americans say they support donation, but when faced with the decision for a loved one, less than half say yes. The most often cited reason for declining is that they "didn't know their loved one's wishes." The anguish, pain and struggles that families are faced with could be made so much less cumbersome if only they had a discussion about their wishes on SHARING LIFE beforehand.
