Might I add that this is the trip where I got to meet Michael Egdes (then Mr Ramrod 2004) and his partners James and Todd, all three playing host to the Leathercrombie T educational forum held at Elements on Sunday afternoons. Michael, I learned, is from South Africa and had opened the very first South African restaurant in the US. Gawds, what a cool accent too. He could read me a cookbook and I'd be in heaven LOL Michael went on to win at International Mr Leather 2005 in Chicago over Memorial Day Weekend. Imagine how cool that was having met him locally? Truly wonderful men. And joining them in the pic with me is the boy I mentioned before, pup dire! I feel blessed having met them all -- my favorite trinity and my family in Florida! :-)
